I had this place in my bucket for a long two years. The problem with it was that you need a permit to access and hike on the territory. They ask to submit the application in 3 business days before the day of the visit. And. I never had a chance to recall it on Wednesday…
Something strange was with me that time. But I did it – and get the permit on the next day.
They sent us instruction and code for the gate.
So we start our hike on Sunday at 4. As usually it was hot in the mountains. When they sent you a permit in the same file, you got the map with trails. There are two main and interesting places in the park: viewpoint and Big Tree. So we started our walk to the vista point.
And this place is fantastic. The view of the ocean – okay, covered with clouds; layers of mountains and hills. And no one is around.
So, I told that there are two places of interest. And we checked the Big Tree
