The area of this part of Sierra National Forest has dozens of pleasant hikes. Some longer, some shorter, but all nice with the excellent views.
We had a few hours on Sunday before the sunset for this hike. Indian Pools is exceptionally crowded during the peak season. But that day, we were the only ones there.
The best thing about the trails near creeks is that during Fall, the scenery becomes very colorful.
And the trail is relatively short – mile or 1,5 miles total. But you will get so many unique places to stop and look around! I will say no more. Just check the photos.
