It’s a period when hills of Diablo Range become green, temperatures fall. This means – it’s a time for hiking in East Bay and South Bay parks.
And if it is, why not to start with the most iconic South Bay hike, hike to the Mission Peak.
Crowdy no matter what weather or day of the week, with a limited parking, but with nice views.
But the most interesting part are the cows.
And the break on the very top. When everyone is trying to get the photo with the pole, better to sit on the rocks on the left from the pole and drink hot/cold tea (depending on the season).
And after the hike to the top, always very pleasant to hike downhill 🙂
