Catalina Island is huge. Actually bigger than I expected. Especially when you wanted to hike.
East End has good trails to make a complete loop: starting from Avalon Cyn Rd to Hermit Gulch Trail to Divide Rd to East End Rd to Renton Mine Rd to Pebble Beach and back to the town.
So the first part of the road looks the same as in the previous hike. But as soon as you reach East End Road you will get the views of the ocean on the south shore and even Little Harbor Campground.

As closer you will get to Renton Mine Rd more cactuses you will see 🙂
